As a devoted mom and immigrant, she's grateful for the opportunity to share her art with the world and provide meaningful jobs for women in need.

The dynamic force behind Paper&Flowers Miami as its Representative and Event Designer. With a master’s degree in costume design, Kristina brings a unique vision to her work. As a part-time event planner, she possesses invaluable industry insights, making her an asset to any project. Beyond her professional prowess, Kristina's exceptional personal skills make her a standout team member, elevating collaborations to new heights.

Eva Balabanova is the Head of the Houston Branch at Paper&Flowers, where she excels as a talented creator and flower maker. A mother of two, Eva balances her family life with a dynamic career, bringing creativity, leadership, and a strong work ethic to her role.  Known for her kindness and helpful nature, Eva is the master creative and gifted artist of our team. It is truly a pleasure to have her with us, as she enriches our team with her diverse skills, experiences, and innovative spirit.

Yuliia is the visionary behind our workshops and the main artist of our paper floral creations. With a background in architecture, her works stand out for their precision and attention to detail. Yuliia brings a unique blend of creativity, kindness, and responsibility to everything she does. As a mother of two, she embodies a nurturing spirit and is known for her warm and approachable nature. Her dedication and artistry make her an invaluable part of our team.

Ogi is a gifted paper florist in our workshop, known for her wonderful soul and talented hands. She has a deep passion for fashion, aesthetics, and beauty, which shines through in her work. Always punctual and highly professional, Ogi is a joy to be around. Her dedication to her craft and her role as a great team player make her an integral and cherished member of our team.

Oksana serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing exceptional support and ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions. With her meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills, she effectively manages schedules, coordinates meetings, and handles critical communications. Oksana's professionalism and reliability are unmatched, making her an indispensable asset to our leadership team.
